# Shade Network — The Private L2 (Home)

Introducing **Shade Network** — a fully private execution layer where every transaction, contract, and agent action disappears. Privacy isn’t a feature here; it’s the foundation — by design, by default, at every layer.

Public blockchains turned freedom into exposure: identity, strategies, flows, and timing recorded forever.

Shade fixes the root problem. With an **encrypted mempool**, **stealth addresses**, and a **private EVM**, you can transact and build without surveillance, frontrunning, or chain analysis.
